The COLOURS Alliance event is a participatory format focused on“Women and Urban Planning.” It offers an opportunity to approach
this topic as a challenge, addressing it through local context and collaborative design. Following a brief input session on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion titled "Why the EDI Perspective in Urban Planning Goes Beyond Gender" the program moves into an interactive segment in which the audience actively takes part. Through small group exercises, partcipants identify local challenges, refine and prioritise them. In this way, a Challenge Map is created, highlighting the most pressing issues from the city of Paderborn.
